Oken was chosen to evoke a play of textures and raw materials — but it’s also the name of the newest addition to Brussels’ nightlife.

A high-level cocktail bar that gradually transforms into an exclusive club as the night goes on.

Signature creations by Osmose include the Distillation (€21), served for two and poured to your own taste, or the so-called white wine — which was anything but, and an experience in itself.

There’s also a tiny food menu with melt-in-your-mouth Rubia beef (€15) and Khobz bread served with whipped butters flavored with black sesame, miso, or nori (€9). Add to that a DJ set, shifting lights, and an atmosphere that evolves as the evening unfolds.
