Fight Club

 I finally made it to FightClub, the bar serving up giant New York–style pizza slices alongside vermouth and seriously good cocktails. From the classics to more creative twists, vermouth is poured by the glass — over ice with an olive — or mixed into perfectly balanced drinks like the Dumbo (12€), a playful take on the martini, or their excellent Negronis (12€).

The pepperoni pizza (5€ for a slice) is outstanding. There are also a few well-picked sides, like polpette or Caesar salad. And a detail I love: the peanuts the owner brings back from Abidjan.
