From June 1 to July 13, Brussels’ Kitchen will be hosting a series of Monday night dinners inside the stunning greenhouse at L’Usine in Uccle – designed as a little escape at the very start of summer.
Each evening will bring together just 30 guests around a single candlelit table, with three different chefs collaborating on a six-course tasting menu centered around vegetables and seafood.
The chefs will be cooking outdoors in the garden just in front of the greenhouse, where guests will also gather for drinks and amuse-bouche before dinner is served.
Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a welcome drink: either a Lillet Spritz or a glass of SKBI non-alcoholic bubbly. Naturally sparkling Bru water will also be served throughout the dinner.
A four-glass natural wine pairing will be available for €25, alongside à la carte Lillet Spritz and SKBI during the evening.
Don’t wait too long – each dinner will host only 30 guests.

Can the menu be adapted for me?
As we are not a restaurant, we kindly ask that any dietary requirements be communicated in advance. If you have allergies, are vegetarian, or pregnant, please let us know at least 7 days before the event so we can adjust the menu accordingly. You can reach us at [email protected].
I bought a ticket but can no longer attend. Can I cancel?
Brussels’ Kitchen is a small-scale, pop-up event company. As a result, we’re unable to offer refunds on tickets. However, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else – they simply need to show up in your name. That’s all it takes.
