Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern all sales made through the website www.brusselskitchen.com (“the Site”), operated by Brussels’ Kitchen, a company registered in Belgium under company number 0631.982.120.

By placing an order on the Site, the customer fully accepts these T&Cs without reservation.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Site at the time of the order (books, event tickets, or other products available through the online shop).
Brussels’ Kitchen makes every effort to present and describe the products as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT.
Brussels’ Kitchen reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but guarantees that the price applied will be the one in effect at the time the order was placed.

4. Orders

All orders placed on the Site follow the online process and constitute a firm and definitive acceptance.
The customer will receive an e-mail confirmation with the details of the order.

5. Payment

Orders must be paid online by credit or debit card via a secure payment platform.
An order is considered final only once payment has been successfully processed.

6. Delivery

Physical products (such as books) are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the logistics provider. Brussels’ Kitchen cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

For events, the online purchase confirmation serves as the entry ticket.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide justification or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs.

⚠️ The right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to dated events (e.g. tickets for a dinner or Brunch Club).

8. Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in their original condition.
After verification, Brussels’ Kitchen will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

9. Liability

Brussels’ Kitchen cannot be held liable for improper use of purchased products, nor for indirect damages related to their use.
For events, Brussels’ Kitchen cannot be held responsible for external circumstances beyond its control (e.g. cancellations due to weather forecast or force majeure).

10. Personal Data

Personal data collected when placing an order is necessary for order management. Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at: www.brusselskitchen.com/privacy-policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Brussels.
