Back on our first BK’s table, that took place just a week ago. 12 people, a 100% vegetarian and organic based festive dinner, and the perfect occasion to gather around a table to celebrate together this new start for Brussels’ Kitchen.
On the menu, marinated beetroots, fresh goat cheese and toasted buckwheat; mashed pumpkin, grilled winter vegetables and dukkah; spicy broth and shiitake ravioli; and for dessert, meringue with tonka cream and fresh citrus.
